Hotel Arc Riche Toyohashi

For the price I paid, I thought this was a beautiful hotel. The lobby and breakfast area on the 16th floor were a nice touch, and I had a very nice view from my room. The spaces looked great, with lots of attention to detail. Service was very nice too. They held my luggage while I was working and helped with general questions about the area. I enjoyed sitting in the fancy club room, having a free drink and getting some laptop work done. The gym was a letdown, though, with only treadmills and dumbbells. The coffee was the one thing that disappointed me. It wasn't good in either the club room or at breakfast. For a place that looks this nice, I expected a proper coffee machine with hand-foamed milk.

The rooms were very spacious compared with other hotels in Toyohashi, and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had 😋. I had a very pleasant stay, and it's very close to Toyohashi station.

We found Hotel Arc Riche affordable and very well located, and the reception staff were impeccably professional and provided amazing service. Today my partner had some kind of foot injury that kept him from walking. I went to the concierge, and the staff calmly found the only hospital open on the Japanese Holiday, arranged a visit, and organized a taxi to take us there and bring us back to the hotel. When we returned, they helped with our bags and a wheelchair so my partner could get back to the Shinkansen. They got everything sorted in time for us to catch our train. They went way beyond standard customer service, and I urge travelers to choose Hotel Arc Riche.

The city views were the best part, and the service was elegant, especially at breakfast. This is a good hotel near Toyohashi station. My room wasn't large, but it had enough space for one person. There's a lounge bar with free drinks for all guests from 8 to 9 pm. Breakfast is a must, with great views from the windows and top service.
