I stayed there quite a while ago, and my one-word impression is that it felt unsettling. I think the price was in the 80,000 yen range. I remember thinking I’d never stay there again.

The owner lives downstairs, which made it easy to relax and feel at home even while away. Access is great: cross the bridge from Maihama Station’s north exit, and it’s right in front of you.
