I left my bags at reception at 9:30 in the morning, and they’d been brought to my room by the time I got there at 5. The service really surprised me. The room was huge and clean, with the shower and toilet in separate areas. A free shuttle went to the larger hotel, Disney, the transit center, and the restaurant and grocery center. I could also use the main hotel’s spa services for a low fee. The Annex is kind of in the middle of an industrial park, out in Tokyo-Nowhere, and it isn’t close to everything. For the price, though, the space, amenities, and service made up for that.

There are vending machines on every floor, and the five-story hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast came with a varied menu. It’s in a remote spot that you can only reach by shuttle bus. The ride to Tokyo Disneyland took about 15 minutes, and the bus came and went once an hour.

The room was comfortable and a good size, with a comfy bed. Friendly staff made check-in easy and were English friendly. The shuttle to the station was a nice extra. I’d stay again, 10/10.

A budget hotel with a very small room, and no extra pillows available. The shuttle was the one good part. The driver was really nice on Aug 11, between 6:40 pm and 9 pm.

We stayed here as a large group while wrapping up our trip to Japan. It was a quiet, cozy hotel, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very ambitiously aimed at Western tastes, in ways I hadn’t expected.
