Koraku

We were there for a five-day, four-night training camp, and they kindly let us use the tennis courts. The room was clean and comfortable. We’d be happy to stay at the hotel again.

Traffic moved well once we got out of the unofficial parking area, so it seemed that the parking facilities there, including this inn, were behind the jam. With official parking lots alone, I don't think the congestion would have been so bad. They were using Love Sha to run a paid parking lot. In the middle of a traffic jam, they restricted traffic on their own, held cars there for a long time, and gave their guests priority by letting several cars out at once. Usually, one car should be let through for each one coming in. They even refused to let two cars out when there was room. A polite "Excuse me, may I let one car out?" while parking, or a "Thank you" afterward, would have helped. Instead, they said, "This is our road, so please don't block it," in an arrogant way. It wasn't a public road, and it wasn't even a road in the first place. The whole attitude was unpleasant.

The room was clean, and I liked the bathroom.

The food was delicious, and the kindness of the people there, along with the fresh air around Lake Yamanaka, was really soothing. I'd like to visit again.
