We were caught in a historic snowstorm and, as foreigners, had to find a room in a hurry. The hotel staff were so kind and flexible, and helped us rearrange the rest of our itinerary. Such warm, wonderful hospitality.

The breakfast hours are generous, and there’s a conbini nearby along with plenty of little restaurants open late. The rooms were very clean and the service was good.

Really friendly, polite staff and a great location. The rooms were very clean too. My one request would be more Western-style breakfast choices, like cereal. Otherwise, top notch.

The rooms felt roomy, bigger than average. Staff were friendly and even let us check in an hour early.
