At least the place is close to the station. The staircase was narrow, and carrying heavy luggage up to the top floor was exhausting. I could hear footsteps, conversations, and movement around me because the soundproofing was poor. I expected more, especially after paying extra. The room wasn't cleaned properly when I arrived: there was visible dust and hair on the bed and hanger, and I felt so uncomfortable that I didn't sleep in the bed. I had paid a cleaning fee, so seeing it in that state was shocking. When I contacted the host, they apologized for the inconvenience but took no further action. They said the hair might have stuck to the sheets during washing and assured me the room was definitely clean, which I couldn't make sense of. The hair was obvious enough that it seemed hard to miss, and I was frustrated by the lack of care. Getting help was also difficult. The host's replies were vague and unhelpful, and they didn't seem concerned about fixing anything. I asked for a call through the iPad provided at check-in because I didn't have a local phone number, but they told me to contact an assistant using a phone number instead. That felt like an unnecessary hurdle, especially since check-in had already involved a video call.

My kids and my wallet both liked the place, which was cozy, clean, and affordable. But it was a very small room, especially the toilet. The owner used an extra-wide camera that made the room look much larger than it really is. I'm not sure how it fits the legal building code. With four adults and suitcases, I'd spend a bit more for a larger room.

A convenient location for a good price. The room isn't very large, but it's like new, clean, and had what we needed for a comfortable stay.

Everything is within walking distance, and the location is great. The train station is close too, so you can travel farther when you need to.
