It's close to a Keikyu Line station, and handy for a quick getaway. Most rooms feel like business hotel rooms. Paying a little more gets you a bigger room with the bathroom and toilet separated. It's a shame the official hotel website doesn't make the prices clear. The ice box on the first floor was empty every day, so I'm not sure they actually offer ice cream. They have cakes and sweets, but I never saw any ice cream. Prices have gone up compared with before, though I suppose that's to be expected these days.

After a live show in Yokohama, I ended up here because at year-end the other hotels were either booked out or too expensive. The bath and bed were far roomier than what you'd get at a business hotel, which really helped me recover from the show. They have a Blu-ray player and a big TV, so bringing discs and relaxing in the afterglow was great. It also makes a surprisingly good base for a girls' trip.

I was at Pacifico Yokohama for an event and had too much merchandise to carry around, so I booked the rest plan. I could sort out my things, nap on the spacious bed, then shower and feel refreshed before heading to the evening event. Since it's open 24 hours, it's really convenient to use as a base and travel light.

New trendy hotels keep opening, but I always find myself coming back here. It's reliably clean, the seals always have the same smile, and the service stays consistent. There's nothing especially new or exciting, but it means a lot to have a regular place that you can count on whenever you visit.

The girl who came for a long stay seemed a little hungry, so I treated her to the room service udon. You can order it any time, and outside delivery is allowed too, so being able to “feed” someone like that is one of the fun parts of love hotels, haha. A regular business hotel wouldn't let you do that.
