古民家貸切 in Yokohama, Guest House Sugita

The fast internet and the old-style house, close to the train station, are the main upsides. But there are a lot of problems. The roadside noise comes through, and the wooden stairs are loud. The wooden window frames are rotten and don't lock, so I wouldn't leave valuables there. The kitchen floor is a little rotten and slopes, and the water pipes are corroded and taped up, with a chance they could burst at any time. The bathroom is dangerously cold, seems illegally built, and could give you an electric shock. Drainage is poor, so water pools, and the hot water takes too long to heat. There's only a tiny squat toilet, and it's on the first floor.
