I was comfortable during my stay, and the amenities were great. The free parking was handy. The downside was seeing indecent items displayed and left in public areas.

The bedding was too warm for summer: there was a heavy blanket but no lighter sheet, so seasonal options would help. Also, the sink and toothbrushing area sits just outside the bathroom and is completely visible from the bedroom, with no separation, which felt inconvenient and lacking privacy. My stay was still satisfactory overall, and the hotel has positives. A few adjustments could make it a good choice.

The E-class room had a huge TV, a microwave, an electric kettle, and self-service drinks in the refrigerator. I could also see charge details in real time on the system. The bathtub was spacious and fine for a relaxing soak, though it had no bubble or jet function. On the downside, the old air conditioner was noisy, and I couldn't freely switch between heating and cooling. The bedside panel couldn't turn off the entrance light. Turning it off at the entrance seemed to cut power to the panel too, leaving me unable to operate the other lights. Check-in and checkout through the self-service payment machine were very convenient, with almost no front desk interaction, and the card key made going out easy. I booked on Agoda a week ahead during Golden Week, and I think the price was reasonable compared with other nearby hotels taking online bookings. Since I'd booked ahead, I couldn't choose a room.

I came back on a weekday in May 2026 and got room 402 again, with the same floor plan. Having the toilet separate helps cut down on noise. The parking spaces are easy to use, and restaurants in Shin-Yokohama are about a 3-minute walk away. I'd recommend it to same-sex friends going to events at Yokohama Arena. For a weekday-to-holiday stay in February 2026, from 3 PM to 11 AM the next day, I paid a little over 8,000 yen. The location is much more convenient than a similarly priced hotel I tried across the tracks, where there was nothing around. This one is close to the station and surrounded by restaurants. The room layout was unusual, with the toilet outside the room, but that was fine. The large TV plays everything from movies to adult content, though Netflix isn't available. Basic amenities were there, including shampoo, conditioner, facial cleanser, makeup remover, bath/hot spring bath fee, and complimentary mineral water to borrow beside the front desk. A ReFa hairdryer could be borrowed at reception, but it was already out, so I think it's best to ask at check-in. The refrigerator was unusable for my things because it was filled only with juice for sale; there was also a microwave and kettle. Cleaning was thorough. The mattress was good, but the pillow was small, hard, and high, and I couldn't sleep comfortably. Maybe a towel would have helped, but that was disappointing for me. Taking everything and the price into account, I'd recommend it.

I paid just under 16,000 yen, and it felt too expensive for this quality. I booked in advance, but rooms without a reservation were around 20,000 yen when I checked. The bath was only about 35cm deep, so trying to soak up to my shoulders meant lying at a steep angle, with only about 5cm between my stomach and the water. It was impossible to get comfortable. The water stop indicator was broken and wouldn't stop. The heating was old and couldn't be adjusted beyond off, low, medium, and high. In the snow, even low was too hot, but turning it off left me cold. I got diarrhea and felt really sick. Other people have also written on review sites about the air conditioning not being adjustable. A hotel that can't control the temperature and leaves guests feeling ill is a complete failure.
