We picked this hotel because it was near Shin-Yokohama station and we had early trains on two days. After four nights, we were more than ready to leave. The staff were nice, and the location was handy, but that was about it. The room felt very dated, with holes in the wall, chipped paint, and other worn details. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were so hard I woke with a headache. Even from the 11th floor, street noise started around 4:30 am and made it impossible to sleep. The bathroom also has a step of about 20 cm, which seems like a serious fall hazard. Very basic, loud, and uncomfortable. At $160 a night in a low-tourist season, it was definitely not worth it. There may be a reason it isn't listed on Booking.com or other major booking sites, given the terrible reviews.

For the price and location, having a relatively large room and bathroom was a real plus. The staff were also very helpful with my other needs, especially when I needed delicate luggage packaged.

It's a reasonably priced hotel near the station. Just be aware that if you cancel a reservation even an hour after making it, they still charge the full amount, not a percentage.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel is very close to station exit 8. If you're watching your budget, the place is fine, though the rooms are tired and could use some work. It was cold outside, so the AC was set to heat. The room felt warm, and we had to sleep with the window open, which let in quite a bit of noise.

The staff were really nice and the location is good, but I slept badly. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were hard, and the windows let in almost all the noise.
