Prince Pepe shopping area is attached to the hotel, and there's a 7-11 in the lobby, both really handy. I picked Shin Yokohama Prince hotel for the price, location, and views, and it delivered. My room on the 19th floor looked toward Mt Fuji, amazing! Yabai! Housekeeping kept it clean and well maintained, and the front desk was always helpful and smiling. I travel with a black light and checked every day. No big complaints. A rack for my large suitcase would've helped, since I had to use one of the two chairs for it. I bumped the refrigerator's off/economy switch more than once, but since I only had drinks inside, it didn't matter much. I also had to ask where the ice machine was, on the floor above, and where the microwave was, in the lobby.

Thank you, Prince Hotel, for making the Evangelion 30th event so enjoyable. I didn't have to think about where to rest! The room wasn't big, but the design was great and it was enough for two people. The view from the 32nd floor was great, and breakfast was really nice, with steak too.

Wonderful hotel! I stayed here on the third night of my Japan tour and had an amazing time. My only real complaints are that the room I shared with my friends was a little small, and the area felt a bit too quiet and boring.

The staff were kind and attentive, and the second-floor restaurant had a delicious breakfast buffet with a good range of drinks. The location is great, close to the train station. My room was clean with a nice view, and the hotel has a circular design. Rooms: 4/5, service: 5/5, location: 5/5.

The lobby looks impressive, but the room is small by Western standards and there's no body lotion. You can hear trains from the room before midnight. If you're arriving by train, enter through the shopping mall instead of trying to find the front door.
