Toyoko Inn Futamatagawa-eki Kita-guchi

Really nice, clean, and convenient. I’d highly recommend it.

The parking garage is multi-story, so it can be a little awkward to use. The staff are consistently polite and helpful, though, and that makes it no problem for me. The rooms are cleaned really well, with the trash emptied carefully and towels that smell fresh. The single-room beds feel a bit hard, which is a shame. I think women staying here would especially appreciate better mattresses. I've stayed at lots of Toyoko Inn hotels, and the staff, both women and men, are often so kind and polite that I feel very comfortable here. It’s always a relaxing place for me, and I’ll keep supporting them.

It's about a six-minute walk from the north exit of Futamatagawa Station on the Sotetsu Line. The room seemed brighter than at other Toyoko Inns, maybe because of the white color scheme. Like the other locations, the TV had the breakfast menu and there were several books on the shelf. The curtain between the toilet and bathtub worked fine, but getting the water temperature right was a bit of a hassle. I love the smell of the hand soap.

The building feels new overall, though the facilities are like those at other Toyoko Inn hotels. I’d never seen a rain shower in the bathroom before. Water comes out right away, so step aside or you'll get a cold surprise. It's directly in front of Futamatagawa Station, with various shops in the station building, which is very convenient.
