Hotel Harbour Yokosuka

I needed somewhere to stay unexpectedly, and they had a room open. It was a smoking room, unfortunately. The ventilation helped, but only so much. Still, it was fine for sleeping, with few extras, which was all I needed.

I stayed around six days and nights, and yes, I'd come back. It's a definite three star hotel, but it worked perfectly for me. Coffee is 100 yen in the morning with unlimited refills, and breakfast is available for 1,000 yen. My room was a little small, though smoking rooms are available, and that was fine as a solo traveler. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room price was no problem. If I came with someone, I'd ask for a bigger room.

It's very convenient for the base and train station. The staff were polite and efficient, and the rooms were clean and adequate, though a little dated and showing some repair work.

Everything was booked, so I ended up here, and the service was great. The staff were terrific and the location couldn't be more convenient. It's a good budget hotel, though my room was a smoking room and the smell lingered. I wasn't a fan of that.
