They assured us a late check-in would be possible, then told us to cancel and offered no refund. The mistake was theirs, yet the person on the phone was extremely rude. A really awful experience. Avoid it.

The room itself was okay, but the kitchen had so many roaches.

The staff were the best part, always ready to help if you weren't sure where to find things to buy. The place is near the city centre, and most areas can be accessed by wheelchair. You can cook for yourself or eat at the restaurant, where the food is amazing and the prices match the portions. The accommodation has what you need.

We had a lovely stay. The host was warm, it was peaceful, and the amenities were great. We also had a good view of the pool area.

This is my second stay here. On my first visit, I wanted a room on the upper floors so I could see the pool. The view from up there is better than what you see. Please read on.
