Stay.Plus Mango Court Apartment Kilimani

The apartment in Wood Avenue, Kilimani, was a clean, peaceful little two-bedroom place with a homely feel. We were back in Nairobi for just one night on the way from Diani Beach, where I’ve relocated permanently, to The Mara. There’s a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a swimming pool. We also had breakfast at CJs down the road and really enjoyed it. Cedars, Nairobi Arboretum’s hilly walking trails, and Khoja Mosque are a drive away. A few things could use attention: the balcony was quite dusty, the paint by the entrance and on the wall beside the dining table needs redoing, and an artwork on the cupboard near the table could cover the water pipe we saw when we opened it. The safari Nikki and the team at Reggae Africa Travel & Tours arranged was everything we’d hoped for.
