The rooms are clean and the place has potential, but the customer service is poor. The three ladies who manage it seem not to understand customer relations. They may harass you, lie to you, and send you in circles under the banner of “management.” Parking is very cramped and can flood in heavy rain. Some rooms lack good ventilation, and noise from nearby clubs can be bad, especially on the top floors. I’d only suggest it for a short stay if you have nowhere else. Think carefully before booking long term, since you could end up frustrated.

It’s a beautiful, distinctive, clean hotel, close to several important places. There’s a restaurant and a cafe, though the stands are narrow. In general, I recommend visiting. It’s beautiful and distinctive.

The staff gave me the best customer service I’ve experienced in Kenya, and the apartments were clean and beautiful. Everything you need is nearby, thanks to the perfect location. I loved staying here, highly recommend it, and will definitely come back.

The suite is quite good, and the service and hotel management were good too. I struggled to get into the parking lot, but managed in the end. The bathroom toilet didn’t have water for us Muslims.

Good location in the kilimani area. One of the best hotels there.
