We arrived at the hostel in the evening after rescuing a little puppy 40 km before Osh. A car had hit it and its leg was broken, so we wanted to take it to a veterinarian the next morning. The woman running the place knew about the dog but wouldn't let us keep it overnight, even in the garden. Instead, she gave us a cardboard box because she wanted us to throw the puppy away. She also doesn't speak even basic English. I found her treatment of us and the dog horrible, and honestly don't recommend this place to foreigners. There are many other places with good people, such as Be my guest hostel or lovely home for you.

When our friend called, the hostess said they had rooms available. But once we arrived, she said she only had space for two girls or two boys, not couples. It was a very strange, unfriendly way to handle things. I don't recommend it at all. This is a horrible place.

There was no sunlight in the room, and the bed was uncomfortably short.

The service was unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend going there.
