I spent a lovely afternoon by the pool. You can use it even if you’re not staying at the hotel, for $3, which was fab!

I stayed for two nights and left my things at the hotel after the first night while I asked them to clean the room. It was cleaned, but some of my personal belongings were stolen. Please lock your things in your luggage if you read this. When something goes missing, nobody takes responsibility for guests’ belongings. So sad. I’ll never stay there again.

The room situation was really bad. I was on the third floor, and every time I went back in there were hundreds of cockroaches, even on the bed. I sprayed the whole room several times, but it didn’t help. The hotel itself is quite nice, as is the pool, and reception is lovely, the girls are great. Still, it made for a pretty miserable few days, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The service was great, and it’s a handy spot near a 7 eleven, Lucky supermarket, other shops, and even a hospital. There’s a nice pool and a decent bed. The TV was in Arabic or Thai. Good place for tourists.

The room was really nice, with a woodsy, artistic cave-like decoration. It’s in the middle of Battam Bong province, and there’s a swimming pool too.
