Dynasty Casino Hotel

For a hotel this large, it’s surprising they don’t take credit cards. It’s already 2025, and payment is cash or local bank transfer only!?

The food choices are very limited, and it’s Chinese food. Outside, construction noise starts at 6 a.m. The rooms also aren’t very clean, and even the non-smoking ones smell like someone has just smoked in them.

I didn’t go onto the casino floor, but the hotel is roomy and comfortable. The hotel and casino also seem cleaner than the casinos around them, probably in the top 5%. 🤩 #Hotel #Casino #Cleanliness #Comfort #Luxury

The photos and reviews looked great, but my recent visa run stay was really awful. I arrived around noon, earlier than usual, exhausted and stressed from dealing with the border, and hoping they’d let me check in early. Instead, they put me in a room that stank of cigarettes, including the sheets and pillows. I asked to move, but was told the hotel was full. There were already lots of gamblers at the casino, so I guess that explained it. I covered my nose with my sweatshirt and tried to nap while waiting for my document to be processed so I could return to my apartment. Once it came through, I went to reception and asked a staff member to print my visa letter. He immediately said he couldn’t help unless I had Telegram, then turned away. Another staff member ignored me when I tried asking her. I asked security if I could talk to a supervisor or manager, but he just directed me back to reception. Nobody would help. The customer service was as bad as it gets. I left, out $82, while still having to deal with my situation. I wish I could post this without giving a star. I moved to Mocbai Bavet Casino and Hotel instead. The staff there were friendly and helped print the documents I needed. The room was better, and the food was great. I’d rather stay somewhere quiet, clean, and homey, but there isn’t much choice around here. Most hotels near the border have casinos :(
