It's a small guest house with clean rooms. Laundry costs 1$/1kg, and rooms range from 15$ to 25$. Some have balconies and some don't. There's no breakfast, but plenty of nearby places serve good food. The bed was comfortable, with clean sheets and pillows, and each room has a small refrigerator for food and drinks. I stayed in room no 10. My only complaint is that the AC put on a bright, animated light bulb show at night. Maybe most people can ignore it, but even seeing a bright LED bulb is annoying to me.

Nina, the owner, is a dane and glad to help with tour suggestions, shopping, or finding doctors and dentists. The staff are friendly and very helpful, too. It's a nice rustic guesthouse in the midrange, in a clean and fairly quiet part of Phnom Penh with other guesthouses and hotels nearby. There's no restaurant attached, but plenty of upscale coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance, with local and international food. Recommended.
