The sky bar stood out, with excellent service, a lovely atmosphere, and breathtaking views. The restaurants also served delicious food, and the pool, spa, and well-equipped gym were among the best facilities I've seen. My room at Polo Wai Hotel was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern features. Everything felt comfortable and high quality. The staff were always ready to help and made the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend it for a great stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and neat, and the bathroom was top-notch with water pressure I really appreciated. It's very good value for money and well located near Phnom Penh's major sites. The hotel has a 90s charm, which is fine by me. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special, and the rooftop bar feels very outdated, like it was already old school in the 80s.

The breakfast was amazing, with dozens of choices. A proper chef made eggs however we wanted, and a waiter prepared coffee and brought it to the table. The warm dishes were tasty, the fruit was perfectly ripe, and there were plenty of continental options. The breakfast room was beautiful and spacious. We didn't get to use the pool on our round trip because we usually got back too late and it was already closed, though it looked amazing. The Skybar had a great view. The rooms were large, spotless, modern, and stocked with everything we could ask for. The bathroom had a huge shower that could fit two, plus a bathtub. The staff were amazing: classy, warm, very polite, and mostly spoke good English. Everyone was keen to help, from reception and cooking to the maids and house technicians. One technician came at 10pm to fix the water and even took off his shoes outside our room. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. This hotel is a real jewel in the heart of Phnom Penh. As someone from Europe, I can't imagine staying anywhere better here. Thank you for having us, and please let your staff know what a joy they were.

The room was comfortable and spacious, but the food was very poor. It arrived cold when it should have been hot, service was slow, and no one checked whether the meal was okay. I'd definitely eat somewhere else.
