I’ve traveled for decades, and I haven’t found a better deal in Phnom Pehn for a place to stay and train. For a very reasonable price, you get a bed and unlimited training for a month. There’s a full schedule, skilled coaches, a laid-back feel, and martial arts gear plus kettlebells and weights available 24/7. It’s easy to meet people if you want, and the common areas are relaxed. The single entrance is secured at night, and the place feels very safe. Staff are incredibly kind and check in on you. You can drop in for a few sessions or stay a few months as a training camp, both work well. It’s off to a great start and could become something special. I came hoping martial arts would help after the tragic loss of someone very important to me, but I’d lost nearly all interest in it. Still, I’d highly recommend this for martial artists, anyone looking to get fit, or people needing an affordable longer stay.

The gym and bar are good, breakfast has a decent menu, and the atmosphere is nice. The rooms need work, though. I get that it has a training-camp feel, but the room and especially the bathroom were pretty poor. No AC, no curtains, and it needed cleaning. Not what you want after a 20-hour flight to Phnom Penh. The gym facilities are worth trying, since the place is unusual. *Stayed March 2025

I didn’t really fit the vibe here. I chose it because it was the cheapest option, and the gym coaches were friendly, but the dorm was too hot. Everyone had a big fan pointed at them. I tried two nights without one, then asked for another, but it arrived too late, so I ended up camping on the roof. If you’re into martial arts, heat in your room, and smoking, it might suit you.

I stopped by to have coffee and catch up with a friend who was staying and training here. The staff were friendly, and the people staying there all seemed like decent, hard-working folks. It looked like a decent little place.

I had a key problem and one other issue, but the staff made a real effort to sort things out before I left. They’re good people, and the customer service effort was strong. 👍
