Manel Guesthouse and Restaurant

We spent four nights at Manel’s guesthouse with two friends and loved it. The rooms were clean and nice, the restaurant food was delicious, and Manel and his family were helpful and lovely. There are two cute kittens, too. We rented motorbikes on the first day to visit places Manel suggested. Then we booked a two-day jungle hike through him with Hong, sleeping in a local village. It was challenging but worth it, and we could leave our suitcase at the guesthouse while we hiked. One of my favorite guesthouses in Cambodia, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The two-day jungle trek Manel helped us arrange was an amazing experience. He was incredibly kind and made us feel welcome. We also really enjoyed his cooking in the pleasant outdoor area. Our room was clean, with a large bed and a great shower. I’d definitely recommend Manel's guesthouse.

Manal and his wife were so warm and welcoming that I’d gladly return. I had an amazing stay here. Thanks for everything, and I definitely recommend this place.

The rooms at Manel GH are fine, but it’s Manel who makes the place feel like home. He greets you with a smile and remembers your first name each morning. If you want ideas for trekking or a motorbike activity, he’ll suggest some without pressuring you. He’s accommodating, and everything felt easy. I felt at ease there.
