Oral D' Angkor

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the hotel's homey feel. It cost us $ 39 including breakfast, which seemed fairly cheap. They also provided free water every day and fruit. The staff were very kind, especially the old man, who always greeted us with a smile 😃. A commendable place for couples and family groups.

The staff really make an effort to take care of both the needs you mention and the ones they can anticipate, and they were completely honest. The rooms were satisfactory, with clean, comfortable beds. WiFi was okay, and there was a hot shower.

I stayed 13 nights in February 2018 and paid 17 USD pn, which was very good value. The room was a good size, bright, and had 2 x good sized double beds. It came with good A/C, a ceiling fan, hot water shower, cupboard spaces, and WiFi. Breakfast was complimentary, with eggs, toast, and fruit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. Cleanliness was good for this price level. It's centrally located near the bus station and restaurants. I'd definitely stay again.

I can only give 4 out of 5 because we're in the same business. When mistakes happen, there doesn't seem to be responsibility taken, and the blame is put on Agoda, saying all the information on the page is incorrect. In my view, the way things are arranged is unacceptable and creates a poor impression of the hospitality. I recommend the owner consider improving the service, given the great location and the business's potential.
