For Cambodian standards, this is certainly an upscale hotel, though it clearly doesn't reach five-star level by international standards. Even after staying there, I couldn't see a difference in quality or price between The Privilige Floor by Lotus Blanc and the regular Lotus Blanc. The room was fairly large and normally equipped. Breakfast had quite a wide selection, but the quality was mediocre. WiFi was often extremely slow. At checkout, someone was radioed to inspect the room I'd just left before I could go. My credit card was already on file, as usual. Other departing guests went through the same thing, so I didn't draw conclusions about my appearance or behavior, but it was still odd. For the price charged, the stay was satisfactory. Fine for one or two days, but no more.
