I stayed here in June and should have written this sooner. The service was so good that it deserved a review. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel at home and handled all our requests. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was the best for hospitality. They really wanted our time there to feel memorable. The rooms and facilities were good, though the level of service stood out far more. It’s in a quieter area of town, which suited us when we wanted a break from the city bustle. Grab cars and tuk tuks were easy to book nearby.

The pool feels like a little jungle hideaway, and the rooms are spacious with lots of thoughtful touches. The staff were really kind, and they can arrange everything for a visit to Angkor Wat. There’s even a free tuk tuk into the town center in the afternoon. I had a great time and would definitely stay here again if I return to Siem Reap.

It’s a peaceful, quiet place to stay, and the staff were wonderful. They were very kind and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Email replies came quickly, and they also sent us a list of things to do in Cambodia.

It’s about a 10-minute tuk tuk ride to pub street and around 15 minutes to the main entrance of Angkor Wat. We had a Suite Villa with a pool view, and the room was roomy, clean, and nicely decorated. The pool itself is a calm little oasis. Breakfast and dinner were both very well prepared and excellent. mr. Chum and the staff did all they could to make us comfortable. We had a great stay and would happily return to Siem Reap.

The evening happy hour had unlimited free drinks, and the staff and people of Cambodia made us feel so welcome. My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Villa by Meta in March 2023. I came from the US, while our friends joined us from India. The property was beautiful, with lovely tropical decor. Sam, our taxi driver arranged through the hotel, was incredibly kind and a great guide around town and to the temple. Kim, who guided us through the Angkor Wat temples, was excellent and very knowledgeable. He took his time explaining Cambodia’s history and culture. It was a fantastic experience.
