It's a good-value place with a nice-sized room, lots of plants, and an open courtyard where a small tour bus can park. It was a little hard to find, but it's close to downtown and felt like a good base for getting ready to visit the islands. The rooms have good AC without an AC smell, though the beds were a bit stiff. There are plenty of outlets, so I didn't need an adapter. They keep up with cleaning, and there's free water that's safe for tourists to drink. They can also save you a dollar on an island booking ticket, which covers the return trip. Booking.com lets you pay ahead or on arrival. The people were helpful, though you'll need a translator app and some local language. At the front, people show offerings and respect to their budda.

Sihanoukville feels like a wasteland, but this is a good hotel. The owner was really friendly and helped arrange transport to another town. Our room was very clean, and we felt well looked after.

The owner and staff are genuinely nice and helpful, including with arranging your trip. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have AC. I'd definitely recommend it.

During my two days in sihanouk, this was the only good place I visited. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and you can rent motorbikes there too.
