The check-in desk service was great. The clerk got me a sim card and installed it for me. My room was very clean and the location was great. It’s not the Hilton, but in a big sense it’s a lot more. They provide toothbrushes and toothpaste along with the usual toiletries, and there’s a washing machine on the top floor that guests can use for free.

A nice, clean, no-fuss hotel, and what a pleasant surprise. The location is very good, close to the Metro station and Gwanjang Market. There’s an iron and ironing board outside the rooms, plus a water dispenser on the ground floor. Best of all, the washing machine on the rooftop is free to use. Totally recommended.

The surroundings were quiet and felt safe, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. I stayed from 10/4 to 13/5/2024. There was also an easy place to charge my phone. Everything worked well for me, so I’d give it five stars. I’m from Malaysia.

I was left stuck at the airport after my reservation was cancelled because I hadn’t entered card details, even though I’d booked with cash payment and it wasn’t prepaid. Why ask me to update my card information if no prepayment was required? I’d also sent my email and phone number. I was planning a five-day trip to Korea, then Japan, and the airport staff wouldn’t let me leave using this as the reason. I didn’t want to return right away, and now my money may be wasted. I don’t know what to do. I’d warn other travelers against booking when it says no prepayment. I ended up in a difficult situation, and I hope nobody else gets stuck like this.
