It felt like an apartment, with lots of room and a full-size fridge and freezer, plus a washer and stovetop. The only downside was the construction next door, which was outside the hotel's control. All in all, I had a nice experience.

Having a kitchenette and washing machine gave us more freedom, and the stay was comfortable enough that I'd give the place four stars. Getting help was generally good, though you had to ask for everything. Language could be a barrier, which is understandable. Sometimes just one person was running around, but that person was really great. The single rooms give you more room to move. A double has one extra bed in nearly the same area, so it feels cramped. The doors have decent security, though the slightly older locks take a while to settle. You get one complimentary set of water bottles on the first day, then have to buy your own. There's a 24-hour shop downstairs, so it's easy, but it would've been nice to get two small bottles on request. There's only one towel even for two people, and it seemed short to me. I checked shops and learned that's the standard size in Korea. The shower takes ages to get to the right temperature, then can suddenly change mid-shower, which is frustrating. The knob seems to have just two settings, arctic cold or lava hot. Room temperature controls are hard to manage too, and sometimes you may have to turn them off and let outside air in. It's also easy to reach by air, but make sure you get off right by the complex. It helps to have the directions printed in Korean to show people.

This serviced apartment works well if you need a two-bedroom suite or want to be near Seoul Station. Most amenities are supplied, including soap and shampoo. For the kitchen and laundry, bring your own basics like salt, pepper, milk, other essentials, and detergent if you plan to use the washing machine.

The location is a strong point: subway lines 2 and 5 are just steps away, and exit 4 is the closest on the map. There's also a bus stop at the complex itself. From Incheon airport, the trip takes about one to one and a half hours, but make sure you get off right beside the building. This is a large serviced apartment and hotel complex. The rooms aren't huge, but there's enough space. Prices are a little high, though still manageable. Staff are friendly and responsive, although language can be a challenge. There aren't many power outlets, and you have to request service. Sometimes the staff aren't very cooperative.
