Getting around was easy: bus 6011 runs directly from the airport to Changgyeonggung Palace, about an hour, then it's a 10-minute walk. The hotel is also near attractions, cafés, shops, and public transport. My room upstairs was small, but spotless and had a lovely view. Housekeeping came daily, and the staff were friendly. I couldn't check in early, though leaving my bags at reception was handy. There wasn't much storage or many hangers, and the free water wasn't replaced every day. The soundproofing could be better, though my neighbors happened to be quiet.

Rooms are on the small side, for example 19m2, which is stated when you book. Mine was cleaned each day, and the whole hotel felt very clean. The staff were friendly, and the walls kept sound out well. The location works nicely if you want a calmer street with a good atmosphere. There’s a metro station and several bus stops nearby. The downstairs room has a café-like feel, but check the schedule since it may be booked or rented out for the evening.

The rooftop suite at Glue Hotel Seoul was roomy, modern, and thoughtfully decorated. I loved waking up to the city views, and the skyline looked especially magical at night. The rooftop made the stay feel special. Staff were warm and attentive. It was also easy to get to Seoul neighborhoods, restaurants, and transport from the hotel. I'd recommend the suite if you can book it.

Booked through Expedia, and this place was epic. The sunset view over the hillside houses looked like a painting, and the photos really don't capture it. The room is huge, with a private rooftop patio that could easily fit a group. There's a dining table, record player, storage cabinets, fridge, sectional sofa, and a rolling projector for movies on the big blank wall. 10/10.
