The room itself was modern and comfortable, and I had a really nice view. Housekeeping could have been better, though it wasn't terrible. I took a star off because I regretted paying ahead for the breakfast food passes. It was convenient, but the restaurant food wasn't good.

The only thing that disappointed me was being told they couldn't refill my coffee sachets. We were there for just one day, and the subway station was very close by. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds, a locker, kettle, plenty of plug points, slippers, bathrobes, a mini fridge, enough toiletries, and tea and coffee sachets.

The location made getting around easy, with public transport close by, a convenience store nearby, and parking at the rear. I appreciated the water bottles they left in the fridge each day, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. There was a safe in the room and a great view from the top, though the rooftop restaurant was closed. We were visiting for a special birthday and had emailed and messaged ahead, but never heard back. The staff were friendly, but nothing was done to mark the occasion. The room was adequate, although the carpet looked shabby around the edges and could have used a deep clean.

The rooftop views were amazing, and the room had nice mirrors and a TV set up for YouTube. Guests can use the WiFi too. It suited me perfectly, and I can see myself staying here again on my next trip to Seoul.
