UH Suite Seoul Square

As a first-time visitor to Seoul, I really appreciated the traditional Korean touches alongside the modern design. The room matched the pictures exactly. We had a private level with elevator access and heated floors. Staff were helpful and accommodating, answering our questions about getting around the city, food recommendations, and how to use a few room amenities that we Americans don’t usually have in the US. I’m very thankful for their help!

We only managed to get two nights here because the hotel was fully booked for the rest of our vacation, and now we understand why. The room’s hot tub alone made it worthwhile, and we also loved the design and how quiet the space was. The front desk was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, and we’ll be back!

We were a family of four staying for six days and five nights. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and our towels were changed daily. There was even complimentary laundry service, which is great if you’re traveling with kids. The surrounding area could get a little messy at night, though.

We’ve only just checked in, and the service has already impressed us. Edward Kim and Luna Moon were so helpful when we asked about laundry. He assisted us personally even though laundry wasn’t part of the usual offerings, and his kindness really stood out. We’d absolutely recommend staying here. The room is spotless, bright, and welcoming, with natural light filling the space. My children’s favorite part is the spa. The hotel sits in a lively food district. We had a great Korean BBQ meal just downstairs on Level 1, and there are convenience stores close by. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the heart of Myeongdong and under 10 minutes to Namdaemun Market, which makes exploring convenient.
