The room smelled strongly of smoke, but reception refused to move us. The AC was very loud, and the room was tiny for such an expensive price.

My two weeks in Korea were lovely apart from this hotel. Its late check-in policy was the worst part: I booked one night, but couldn’t check in until 10:30 pm. One staff member also treated people badly and spoke as if he were the boss. As a receptionist, just be decent to people. He seemed to think foreigners were idiots because they didn’t understand Korean, and that ruined the trip for me.

The room was cramped and dusty, and the bed felt much too soft. I also don’t know much about the design of the hotel roof.

The location worked well, near places to eat and the train station, and the heated floors were great in winter. Beds were comfy, toilets were clean and roomy, and the soap and shampoo set was actually good, with moisturizer too. A few more clothes hangers would help, especially for winter clothes.

Kept up and maintained well, and excellent value for the price. There’s a coffee machine in the lobby that runs 24 hours, along with various snacks for sale. I’d come back.
