Hause Itaewon - Hostel

Please don't spend your money here. This was the dirtiest, most ridiculous hostel I've seen. The rooms had no ventilation and were dusty everywhere. The bathroom was horrible, with a washing machine inside. There was no security. The main door stayed open all night, so people from the street could get in. Someone stole my ear pods from my backpack in the room, and the hostel girls said they hadn't seen anything. I don't recommend this place to anybody. Run away!

The bed was clean and comfortable, and the water pressure was good. But the room clearly had someone else's belongings spread all over it. There was no lock or code on any door, so anyone could walk in from the street. The in-room lockers were too small to secure my things, and you have to bring your own lock. It was very noisy, and they asked us for a good review before we'd even stayed there.

I have asthma, and the mold throughout the bathroom was making it worse. We asked to shorten our stay, but they wouldn't agree, so we left early and got no money back. The bed was horrible, the room was tiny, and the staircases were steep. Don't book here if you want a good night's sleep.

The staff were unfriendly, and the whole place felt fishy. I usually trust Agoda reviews, but this house was a terrible stay. The bed wasn't acceptable at all. I could feel the metal springs through it, and the sheets were smelly and dirty. The pillow barely counted as one. There's no insulation, so you hear everything outside. I don't think this place deserves even one star.
