Hotel Less Seoul

Getting to Seoul Station is a short walk, and the location is great, with whatever you need all around. I really enjoyed staying here. The attendant was friendly and helped me check in as soon as I arrived. The simple, small room had everything I needed and was very clean and well kept. Nice hot shower, soft bed, good security, and a GREAT PRICE. I would’ve added a photo of the bed, but my stuff was all over it :)

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel is really just somewhere to sleep. Rooms are tiny, with no wardrobe or other storage, so expect to live out of your luggage if you’re there more than a day or two. The location is great, with major bus connections right outside and the underground entrance to Seoul Station about a minute away.

The location was good, but we didn’t feel comfortable enough to stay and left less than an hour after checking in. We were told bag storage would cost money or be free in exchange for a five-star review, which already felt wrong. We got to the room at 5pm and found dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, and a broken TV. There was no staff or reception around to speak with. We left after about 45 minutes.

I booked at the last minute about four days before my stay because my plans suddenly changed. I spent one night here before going home, and it was a huge mistake. Check-in at 5 PM is outrageous, and the room was small, with barely enough space for large luggage. There was hardly any natural light, no breakfast despite the high price, and the walls let through a lot of noise. The evening before my stay, I asked if I could leave my bags for a day trip. The staff member flatly refused, saying check-in was at 5 PM and storage cost KRW5,000 per hour. Other reviewers said luggage storage might be free if you leave a five-star review. I asked about alternatives, and he bluntly told me to go to the station. There was no reception at all. After I checked out and complained, the staff member told me I could go elsewhere if I didn’t like it. I’d prepaid KRW35K for 7 hours and had no choice. This place shouldn’t have any star rating. I should’ve read the reviews first. Never again. Don’t stay here.
