Finally, I found a proper Italian-style pizza after two months around Asia. Black whale nailed the fresh dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings, all cooked just right. The bar has a cool feel, and the staff were friendly too. I can’t recommend it enough, get there soon!

The pasta was delicious, and it’s a cozy place to enjoy a glass of wine. It’s good value too, with a great music selection from the owner. Such a nice find, I’ll be back!

The pizza at The Blackwhale Bar was one of my best meals in Seoul. Thin crust, baked just right, and the ingredients tasted genuinely good. It even took me straight back to Italy. The drinks are a real strength too, from familiar classics to unusual beers brewed locally in the city. There’s so much quality and passion here, and the atmosphere fits. I wish I could give it six stars. A must-visit in Seoul!

A cozy spot for catching up with friends or just relaxing. The pizzas are delicious, and there’s a nice range of drinks to go with them. You can ask for music, too. I’ll definitely come back :)

Jinho is a wonderful host and makes you feel welcome. I’ll be back for more of the quality pizza. The salad pizza has become my favourite after a return visit, and my friend tried the prosciutto one. They also have a varied choice of vegetarian pizzas and vegan pasta. As far as I can remember, this is the best pizza I’ve had, and definitely the best in Seoul. The dough is baked perfectly. I recommend it!
