I paid 4 million Korean won for 20 days, and my room faced a dark, damp, cold building with no sunlight or view. It was near a construction site, so the noise woke me every morning from 7:00 a.m. The rooms ending in 4 have the same location and view, and rooms are assigned at check-in, so ask to change if you get one. Personally, I wouldn't take the chance of staying here at all. Cleaning costs extra, so I had to do it myself. After paying so much, I didn't want to pay more for cleaning. Then before checkout, they emailed me to make sure the room was tidy. I've never had a hotel ask that, especially one without regular free cleaning. Everything is handled through a phone, the hotel's messaging system, or Agoda messages. I'm not used to that much digital communication. When I needed help with the heater, someone very kind did come to assist, though at first they tried to explain it by message. I posted the same review with photos on Agoda, but the pictures don't show there, so I'm sharing it here as well.

The interior feels warm and looks beautiful, and the place was very clean. Check-in by password through email was easy. The noise made sleeping hard, especially that first night. I could hear people walking in the hallway, and a couple upstairs were fighting and screaming until 2 a.m. They may need soundproofing panels. Even so, I'd like to stay again.

The apartment was well equipped, and the robot chat made it convenient to request extra supplies. It's also close to the subway and various businesses. We had a booking mix-up through Agoda, and customer service was very helpful after my mom called. Before that, self check-in was confusing because our room number and check-in email didn't arrive on time. One real problem was the washer, which damaged some of our clothes. The office around the corner confirmed we only had to leave by the stated checkout time. The facilities and location make it worth considering, but watch out when using the laundry appliances.

As of Feb 2024, you can get cleaning for a fee. The place has a full-size fridge, kitchen, heated floor, and an LG styler, but the mattress and sofa are cheap. My lower back hurt, so I ended up sleeping on the floor. The sofa sits very low with no back support, and the cushions slide out while the separate sections come apart.
