Breakfast was the best I had in South Korea, really good stuff. The bed and room amenities were great, and the big TV was a plus. Everything looked shiny and new. It's super central, just 4-5 minutes from the walking street, and the staff were helpful and friendly. There's a 711 on the hotel's base floor. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived at this lovely building, with its bowing statue greeting guests. It was the first stop on our Korea trip, and a great choice for getting around. The room was cozy and had a pretty cool view. The porter and the staff at the 7/11 were especially helpful and friendly. Thanks so much. We already miss Seoul. :(

The room was comfortable, clean and thoughtfully prepared, and the whole stay felt organized and high quality. Staff were attentive, welcoming and professional throughout. Lotte Hotel sets a high bar for hospitality. Highly recommend it.

It's a decent hotel in a handy spot near Myeongdong shopping street, but it felt closer to three stars than four. The elevator waits were the main problem. At busy times I waited as long as 15 minutes, and it seemed like only one elevator was moving at a time. Mostly because of that, I don't think I'll come back.

Getting here from ICN is easy on the 6015 limousine bus, and the hotel is in a nice city location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, about on par with other hotels I've tried in Korea. My room was clean but a bit dated, and I didn't like the carpet, which felt unpleasant. The shower pressure was excellent. There's a lively university bar area nearby in Jongno. It's a good place to explore local street food and get a feel for the neighborhood.
