Millennium Hilton Seoul

The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated, and there always seemed to be plenty of staff around. They were very attentive, so it was easy to get help. I ordered room service more than once. The prices were about what I’d expect at a nice hotel, not cheap but not excessive. I also ate at the bistro and the Oak Room, and in my experience the bistro’s food was better quality. The location is good, near Seoul station and lots of restaurants and shops.

The view was outstanding, and I had a wonderful time here. I’m sad the Millennium Hilton is going to close, and hope people make happy memories there until then. The lobby is wonderful, with perfect design, and the room was great. The pool is large and excellent, though the water near the entrance is deep for young children, so I’d keep a child away from that area. I also wish the kids’ menu had more options. The combo plate tastes good, but a child with allergies might not be able to eat enough.

I had a spectacular stay from check-in through check-out with my toddler and dog. This hotel is pet friendly, and the staff were efficient and kind. Special thanks to Mr Harry and Ms Jihyeon at the front desk for helping us through the process. Room service was quick, and the food was amazing. Amazing is the only word I have for the hotel and its staff. I’ll come back. Thank you!

The mountain view was amazing, and the staff were prompt and friendly. Breakfast in the executive lounge had a great selection, with different food and drinks available through the rest of the day. The weekend mango dessert buffet that’s on right now is pretty nifty, too. I also liked the relaxing sauna in the gym and pool area. I don’t have real drawbacks to mention besides the price, though if you chose a hotel with beluga caviar on the room service menu, why worry about cost?
