The room made our two-night stay miserable. The entrance light was broken, the floor felt greasy, and the bed and linens smelled musty and mouldy. Used soap and toothpaste were still in the toilet. Walls and ceilings had visible damage and patches. The air conditioner and mini fridge were noisy, and the hairdryer cable was damaged and looked unsafe. The bathroom fan didn't work, so it became like a sauna after showers. There was black mould between the toilet tiles, and the clogged floor drain left water pooling and nearly flooded the bathroom. The chair was broken and unstable. Even the phone didn't work, so we couldn't call the front desk or ask for service. The location is fantastic, about a minute from restaurants, shopping streets, a subway station, cosmetic stores, and other amenities. I'd give the location five stars. The outside, reception, and elevator seemed decent at first. But the receptionist struggled with English, which I understand, and we tried Google Translate. Her replies felt cold and impatient, and even our simple greetings when returning got suspicious or unfriendly looks. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. I can manage a basic, compact room, but cleanliness, hygiene, and working essentials are non-negotiable. The location is excellent, but poor maintenance and service made this a very unpleasant stay. I hope management takes this seriously. It's a shame such a prime spot is let down by those standards.

It's a really nice place, has everything, and isn't expensive.
The location was good, but the stay was disappointing. I booked a large room on the sixth floor because I was told there was one, but it was much too small. It wasn't very clean, and there weren't enough towels or disposable items.
The receptionist was very nice, and the location is great for getting around, with convenient transport and lots of restaurants nearby. I knew there'd be no windows, but being in the basement made the room feel a bit like a prison cell ๐. The bathtub was a little dirty, and the hotel may need to repair the shower faucet.
I paid 90,000 won for a weekday night, then got overbooked and sent to another building. If they'd made that mistake, they should at least have put me in a comparable hotel. Instead, they sent me to a trashy motel and didn't offer even a partial refund. This was a few months ago, but my Hotels.com review was deleted, so I'm posting it again on Google.
