I was upgraded to a room on the 17th floor overlooking the Han River, and the view was spectacular. The room was comfortable and the whole stay felt easy and relaxing. My platinum Accor membership was recognized, and the benefits included at that level were explained clearly. I tried room service, the lounge, the bakery, and breakfast, and all the food was very good. Breakfast had a huge selection, with plenty of Korean dishes. The gym, lounge, and restaurants all had great views, too. Layla at check-in and Amy at check-out were excellent, as were the rest of the staff. I'd definitely stay at Hotel Naru MGallery in Seoul again.

The location made it easy to get around Seoul without spending too much time on transport. We were also pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade when we asked to extend our stay by one night. Our room on the 17th floor had an incredible view, and the staff were very friendly. The gym was spotless, and the heated rooftop pool had an amazing view. Downstairs, Mapo Eight bakery and patisserie makes exquisite pastries. I recommend the Pain au Chocolat, which tasted like the ones in France, with Valrona Chocolat. Everything was perfect, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

Hotel Naru Seoul – MGallery Collection offered a calm way to experience the city. Built with sustainability in mind, it combines contemporary design and nature-inspired details along the Han River in Mapo. I stayed in the Premier River Suite on the hotel's highest floors. Its separate living area and comfortable seating made it feel spacious but restful. From both the bedroom and living room, I could watch the Han River change with the light through uninterrupted windows. The pools each had a different feel: the infinity pool looked toward the skyline and water, while the indoor pool was quieter and suited slower, restorative moments. On the 20th floor, the lobby opened onto a lovely view of the softly lit river and Bamseom, especially after sunset. At Restaurant Voisin, whose name means “neighbor,” modern French food was approachable and refined, with local ingredients and thoughtful technique. Breakfast with the peaceful river view felt unhurried and grounding. Mapo Station is a short walk away, making it easy to reach both Gangbuk and Gangnam, while the hotel still feels removed from the city's intensity. Design, nature, and stillness come together beautifully here.

The welcome made a strong first impression. Staff greeted me warmly when my taxi arrived, then guided me to the striking glass elevator up to the 20th-floor reception, where the evening city view made for a beautiful arrival. I enjoyed the facilities throughout my stay: the pool felt elegant and peaceful, the bar was stylish with a lovely atmosphere, and the restaurant served delicious food. Room service one evening arrived quickly and was beautifully presented, with the same friendly, attentive service. After dinner I went to the bar for a nightcap and liked its chic but relaxed feel, plus the city view that made me want to linger. Everything at Hotel Naru Seoul, from the design and atmosphere to the service and little details, felt refined and carefully considered. It was a luxurious, memorable stay, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul. ✨🇰🇷
