The house had three rooms for separate guests, and I enjoyed meeting some of the others. We had Wi-Fi, a washing machine and drying racks, plus a fridge, microwave, and enough utensils. Paul was very accommodating. He met us when we took the bus from Incheon to jeongneung airport bus stop, then showed us the route from the stop to the house and pointed out landmarks so we could find our way later. The area is a bit far from Seoul's usual attractions, but I liked how calm it was. Thanks, Paul, for hosting us!

The hosts were so thoughtful about taking care of us at Puzzle stay Hotel. I'd recommend it, especially for first-time visitors to Seoul, since they can help with places to eat, cheaper ways to get around, and sights or activities to check out. My husband and I had a great stay.

The owners were so kind to us, even coming along to a local Korean BBQ place to help translate the menu. Our rooms were great and kid friendly, and breakfast was quite decent. Getting into the city center was easy, with transport close by. We stayed for less time than we'd originally wanted, but had a wonderful visit. Definitely our first choice when we come back to Seoul for a longer stay!

Paul and Ginny are the best part of PuzzleStay. They were genuinely keen to make my time in Seoul go well, and helped with all sorts of things: Paul picked me up at the airport bus stop after I booked, drove me to the subway for my departure, ordered dinner since I don't speak Korean, walked me to the main street to catch a taxi, and happily explained how to reach sightseeing spots. He did it all with a smile. Their service beat what I'd expect from a five-star hotel concierge. The house itself has just three rental rooms, so it never felt crowded. Each morning there was homemade yogurt, bread, and other treats for breakfast. Paul keeps everything super clean. Guests can use the movie room, with its huge screen, and a little exercise equipment. Upstairs there's a kitchen, a big table, a washing machine, and a computer, along with a view of the lovely backyard. The location is handy for buses and subways, which are easy to use in Seoul even without Korean. This was the best B&B or guest house I've stayed in, better than a nice hotel and easily the best value in Seoul. I highly recommend it and will be back.

The host was so welcoming and helpful, and the homemade breakfast was delicious. The place felt clean and homey, and it was warm inside during my winter stay. The hospitality really moved me, I almost wanted to cry. I hope I can see you again 🥹🥹
