The rooms are roomy, bright, and clean, and getting here is easy. It does feel a bit expensive, though. Water pressure was on the weak side, and construction at the officetel buildings on both sides caused some noise.

The parking and facilities are good. But as of June 7, 2022, there was construction right outside, and if you stayed on a weekday, the dawn noise would wake you up automatically.

There are quite a few good restaurants nearby, and being close to Seolleung Station makes getting around easy. It's fun to wander around on foot.

It's a shame there aren't any simple food options nearby. The room also felt very dry and rather dark.
