Some booking sites for this hotel actually list a place down the road called "Sungshin University Station Ivy," which seems to be a run-down love motel. I found that out the hard way.

It's affordable, clean, and in a great spot. You're right among the market, restaurants, and good coffee places, with almost everything you might need close by.

Everything else was great, and I especially liked how straightforward the TV remote was to use. The TV itself worked well too. Only issue in my room was somewhat weak water pressure.

We use this affordable, clean, spacious place quite often for company dinners. In the morning, hot water can take a little while to come through, so give it a moment.
