The one redeeming thing was the kind woman at the front desk. I booked because this place had the most reviews on the Korean App in Sinchon, but it turned into the worst stay I've had. The entrance was dusty and cluttered, and the room smelled strongly of mold and hadn't been cleaned properly. There were cigarette butts on the floor. My towels had cigarette burn holes, the bathroom was moldy, and the faucet was loose. The old bed made a lot of noise, and with no soundproofing I barely slept. The TV kept crackling and switching off, while construction panels blocked the window and all the sunlight. The owner should put money into proper upkeep instead of fake reviews.

The service was good. They held my belongings and even attached a name tag, which I noticed later. The room may seem small by standard room measures, but I liked the atmosphere, and it was already warm when I arrived on a cold day. I'm a frequent traveler and usually bring my own supplies. The shared hairdryer was average, and the towels were clean, though they seemed like they needed careful handling. The facilities were sturdy and satisfactory. I booked through an app, and the location was convenient, but the surroundings had a motel-like feel. If, like me, you find that uncomfortable, you may have to drive around a couple of times to find the place. I did wonder whether a review like this should get only three points.

There are lots of toys right from the entrance, and the guest rooms all seem pretty much alike. The location is convenient for the subway and bus stops, with plenty of restaurants close by, and the staff are friendly. You do have to leave your key at the property whenever you go out.

Wow, don't book the multi-room on the B1 floor. The atmosphere was bizarre, the interior looked like it came from a Chinese horror movie, and the PC was underpowered.
