The reception staff were incredibly helpful when I got sick. They found a pharmacy that was open during the holidays and gave me a map, an umbrella, and directions. I'm grateful to the man and woman at reception. The interiors do feel somewhat dated, though still luxurious, and gave me the impression that after a renovation this place might be out of reach for me. Thanks again for all the help.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. It ran a bit too warm in the room, but otherwise I was comfortable. I got the impression some guests use it as a love motel, though I don't think that's its main purpose. Finding condoms in the room felt a bit weird.

Rose checked us in and went out of her way several times to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is great, right by a major station. We'll stay here again when we come back.

I spent seven weeks here and had an excellent stay. The room is spacious, with Nambu train station and bus stops nearby, plus plenty of restaurants just one or two blocks away. Staff were helpful and attentive. I could often hear heavy footsteps from upstairs and loud music from other rooms, but the staff dealt with it quickly. I'd definitely stay again.
