The room didn't match what we expected from the Hotels dot com app. It was dusty and full of hairs, and the next two rooms we asked to move to were just as filthy. They offered an upgrade, but that room was even worse. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

We booked three nights but had to leave after the first one because the conditions were so bad. The rooms were disgusting: mold in the bathroom, dusty floors, stained sheets, broken lights, and a sour smell from the AC. We also found the same quality in a friend's 'premium suite.' When staff came to fix the broken shower, they left our door open and unlocked while all our belongings were inside and we were out at dinner. They weren't helpful, there's no room cleaning service, and an extra duvet costs money. Please think twice before booking.

For more than 200,000 won a night, this place is nowhere near worth the price. It feels like a one-star motel, and even 20,000 won a night seems closer to what the room should cost. Save your money.

The bed was the biggest problem for us. There was a plasticky layer under it that crunched whenever we moved, and it felt unpleasant too, so sleeping well was hard. The room itself was clean, though housekeeping only came if we asked. Staff were friendly, and the location is handy for the university area and all the activity nearby. We stayed four nights over the busy Chuseok holiday, so the higher price was expected. Room service pizza was awful, nothing like the pictures and far too expensive for what arrived. I probably wouldn't return unless I had to during the holiday rush when most decent hotels are booked. If they replaced the bed setup and removed that plastic cover, I might consider it.
