Soi, the owner, was really helpful. It’s a good budget option, with a decent facility. It’s in hongdae, where you can walk to lots of restaurants and shops, and the subway isn’t far away.

The proprietress was very friendly, and there are plenty of nice cafes nearby. It’s not far from the subway. They provide breakfast, a hairdryer, washing machine, shampoo, and shower gel.
