I've stayed in Seoul and Korea before, so I have some perspective. The location is decent and quiet, the sheets were clean, and there were plenty of towels. But I checked in to long Asian hair all over the room and bathroom. The mattress felt like concrete, the drain left the whole bathroom floor wet, and the curtains were filthy, like someone had wiped mayo on them. Breakfast was basically nonexistent. Staff were okay for basic requests, but wouldn't go out of their way to help order food when everything nearby was closed, even though it required a local number. The room was just okay for the price, a 3/5, and lower if judging comfort overall. Fine for a business trip, but at $120/night it feels like a robbery anywhere.

I stayed three nights on a business trip. The room was fairly spacious and no frills, and I didn't mind the hard bed. Ask for a room at the back, since the busy avenue facing the hotel can be quite noisy. The staff were friendly and professional, especially the young guy with glasses. Cheongdam station (exit 14) is just 2’ away, and the airport bus 6006 stop is 5’ away. It costs W17,000 for an adult to Incheon, and the ride is fast and comfortable. Good value if you need to be in this area, where there aren't many other options. I'd probably stay again for the price.

The room was actually decent, and the basic, no-frills setup is what I'd expect for the price. Still, staff ignored my Do not disturb sign every day and cleaned anyway. It felt like a breach of privacy.

The location is quite good, and the service was friendly. It's affordable, and the room was clean, but both the room and bed are small. Breakfast was not good at all. They should upgrade the toilet and add a door locker.

I stayed four days, and it was great value for money. Bus and train stations are easy to reach, and COEX Mall and Gangnam Statue are within walking distance.
