The room was clean and had enough space, so that part was good. The service was poor, though. Nobody said a word to me.

The reception staff had a terrible attitude, and the service was extremely bad. You wouldn’t expect that in South Korea. It didn’t feel friendly for families or kids at all.

There was a sewer smell coming from the toilet.

I booked for two adults and one child aged up to 12, then arrived with my daughters, who are 12 and 13. We were put in a room with one 1.40m double bed for all three of us. That was outrageous. The room also wasn’t cleaned at all during our two-day stay, despite daily cleaning being advertised. I’m never staying here again.
